Pre Launch
July 15, 2026
- Solo applicants receive their team assignments
- All participants get a welcome packet — Zoom link, agenda, and the Launch Day rundown
July 18, 2026
- The case drops, alongside the startup it's built around
- Resource library and learning materials open — read before Launch Day
Launch Day
July 19, 2026
- Welcome session with a representative from the startup
- Guest session from a top consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey)
- Three weeks to submit four deliverables:
- A 5–7 page writeup
- A slide deck
- A working prototype of the solution
- A 3–5 minute video presenting the solution
Solve the Case
July 19 – August 9, 2026
- Book up to two meetings per week with your case coach — a business student from Stanford, Berkeley, or similar
- Three async workshops led by case coaches: Research, Pitching, Writing
August 10, 2026
- All deliverables due by 11:59pm PST
Prepare the Pitch
August 15, 2026
- Top 5 teams announced as finalists
- Finalists receive detailed guidelines for the live pitch to the startup founders
August 15 – 22, 2026
- One week to refine the pitch
Pitch Day
August 23, 2026
- Finalists present to a panel of judges — startup founders, mentors, and advisors
- Winner announced and connected with the startup to implement the solution
